We agree the schedule in the strategy call, because it depends on your catalogue and on how quickly you give feedback. In practice it is often faster than the ceiling we hold ourselves to: 20 approved creatives within 7 working days of intake at the latest. If we miss that, the month is free. The first step goes into your brand profile: palette, products, tone of voice and what must never appear. After that you get five creatives for approval, so you set the direction before the rest is made. If your feedback on those first five comes back later than 24 hours, the window shifts by that delay.
