Who we are

Dalvora is a Dutch agency building AI systems for e-commerce. For privacy questions, contact info@dalvora.nl.

Which data we process

Depending on how you use the site, we process:

• Contact and demo requests: your name, email address, your shop URL and whatever you write in the message.
• Chat conversations on the site: the messages you type in the chat and the details you actively share there, such as your name, email address or shop URL.
• Email correspondence: if you email us, we keep that correspondence.
• Technical data, such as IP address and browser type, where needed to keep the site secure and working.

We do not collect data to track you across the web and we never sell data to third parties.

Why we use your data

We use your data to:

• respond to your request and prepare a proposal or demo;
• run the chat on the site and monitor the quality of its answers;
• deliver our services if you become a client;
• secure the site and prevent abuse.

We do this based on your own request (the pre-contractual stage), the performance of an agreement, or our legitimate interest in offering and improving our services.

AI in the chat

The chat on this site is powered by AI language models from an external, specialised provider. Your messages are processed by those models to generate a reply and are stored by us so we can monitor quality. No automated decision-making with legal effects takes place.

Please do not share sensitive personal data in the chat. For a quote or demo we only need your name, email address and shop URL.

Who we share data with

We only share data with service providers needed to run the site and our services: hosting, database management, email delivery and the provider of the AI models. Data processing agreements are in place with these parties. Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area; where that happens, it is based on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

No longer than necessary. We keep chat conversations and requests for a maximum of 24 months, unless we are working together by then or a legal obligation requires us to keep something longer. You can always ask for earlier deletion.

Cookies

dalvora.nl only uses functional cookies, for example to remember your language preference. We use no tracking or advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you;
• have data corrected or deleted;
• restrict or object to processing;
• receive your data in a portable format.

Email your request to info@dalvora.nl; we respond within four weeks. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access control and separated client environments.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The current version is always available on this page.
